Implementing a DataSync to an External Data Store Solution

This course enables customers to replicate data between ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Jira and an external data store. The class includes exercises for MySQL but labs for other data stores can be requested, such as: SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Audience

This training is intended for application Administrators, Database Administrators, or Module Specific Managers who wish to control the sharing of data to an external storage system.

 

Requirements

The prerequisite for this class is a basic understanding of the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes as it relates to the data being replicated.

 

Duration

The recorded presentations and lab exercises will take four to six hours to complete.
